Installing Rattie Startup and Shutdown Windows 9x Logos

Back up your current logos. They are in the C:\Windows\System folder, and may be "hidden" files. They are called Logo.sys (startup logo), Logos.sys (shutdown logo), and Logow.sys (waiting logo). You can change them to something like "logo.old" so they are available if you get tired of the Ratties *gasp*! It is then safe to extract the Rattie Theme logos into the C:\Windows\System folder.

Installing the Rat Paws Screen Saver

The Rat Paws screen saver by Staffan Vilcans is included in its own zip file. Tassar.scr goes into the same directory as the logos. Please read the "readme" file by Staffan so you know what features this screen saver has.

Installing Rattie Theme

1) If your zip program has a "use folder names" option, make sure this is checked and extract this archive to your C: Drive.

2) If your zip program does not support the "use folder names" option, or your themes directory isn't the default directory (C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes), then:

a) Create a folder titled "Rattie Theme" in your theme directory and extract the zip file there
	b) Place the "Rattie Theme.theme" file in your Theme directory.

Please note: if you use your mouse with your left hand, there is a cursor called "Rattie left arrow" that you can use to replace the normal arrow. There is also a static "Rattie working" cursor for those that don't like animation.
